Liam Abramson
Founding Partner

Bringing nearly 25 years of experience in leadership development, Liam is an authoritative and engaging trainer and facilitator who always delivers a huge return on investment for his clients. He is able to design a strategic L&D vision that guarantees successful & sustainable results, and consistently exceeds expectations. Liam has designed and delivered large-scale global development projects, and as an executive coach, helps individual leaders develop skills and implement techniques & tools to increase their productivity. Liam brings extensive experience facilitating virtual instructor-led training sessions, running over 400 vILT sessions each year.

As a skilled and experienced trainer with nearly 20 years’ experience, David expertly combines his knowledge and understanding of training needs-analysis, design, delivery & evaluation with a complete understanding of leadership development, built up through years of working with global clients such as BP, HSBC, GSK, Deloitte, Barclays, Allen & Overy, and the ECB.His creative and energising style, coupled with a deep understanding of many market sectors and cultures, ensures a training experience which results in positive change, increased wellbeing, and commercial uplift.
